About Me

I'm Paul Jones, the creator of Creative Culture.

I built this course for people like you - thoughtful creators, leaders, and changemakers who care deeply about the kind of future we're shaping.

My work has always lived at the intersection of creativity and service.

Today, I run a business serving nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, helping them amplify their impact through technology. Before that, I built a successful consulting practice, working across industries like education, hospitality, human services, senior living, and staffing - always focused on how people and systems could work better together.

Beyond my professional work, I'm also a poet and writer. Creativity isn’t just something I talk about - it’s how I move through the world.

When AI exploded into the public conversation, I didn’t just see hype or fear. I saw a deeper, urgent question:

How can people who want to do good in the world use this technology to amplify their impact - without losing their values, their creativity, or their humanity?

Creative Culture was born out of that question — a space to help mission-driven people engage with AI intentionally, ethically, and powerfully.

This isn’t about keeping up. It’s about leading the future, rooted in what matters most.
